  • Leadership (Interpersonal styles & methods for guiding individuals/groups towards task accomplishment.)
  • Leading by Example (Being a personal model of vision, encouragement, motivation, support and trust.)
  • Managing Subordinates (Exercising control with tact and skill despite obstacles and/or difficulties.)
We are also able to offer management capability profiling as part of our optional psychometric appraisal process.
