Test Analyst - NSW
A talented Test Analyst with over 5 years of experience in Software Testing both Manual and Automation, our candidate has participated in System testing, Integration testing, Functional testing, Regression testing, and UAT testing. She is proficient in the use of Win Runner & QTP, Test Director / Quality Centre, Test Link, and Test Manager. Typical daily tasks include the creation of Test plans, Test Strategies, Test case designs, Traceability Matrices, and Environment Setups, while performing Test execution and Defect tracking.

Business Development Manager - VIC
This candidate has extensive experience in sales and business development, having worked in the IT industry since the early ‘90s in a number of well-established international organisations like Computer Associates and EMC as well as a number of local and national organisations like Enstor and Mainstar. The focus of these roles has been selling IT solutions in the areas of mainframes software and hardware, infrastructure services and storage management.
The candidate has proven experience of establishing relationships, winning new business, generating revenue and crossing sales targets. In fact, the most recent role was an assignment for a friend who headed the company and required the candidate to sell their products in Victoria and eventually other states, establishing a client base and building a strong sales pipeline. This organisation works within a niche area of the mainframe market – their customer base would be roughly 65 sites across Australia. Within a few months, the candidate was able to repeat past success here, securing 13 sites, including a State Government.
